c) Refrain from making disparaging remarks about Engager or Event sponsors
d) Not appear intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances
7.2 Engager's Obligations
Engager agrees to:
a) Provide a safe and professional environment
b) Ensure adequate security for Talent
c) Not require Talent to engage in any illegal or dangerous activities
d) Respect Talent's boundaries regarding personal interaction with guests
e) Provide a private area for Talent to use before/during the Event
7.3 Security

10.2 Talent's Indemnification

a) Talent's gross negligence or willful misconduct
b) Talent's breach of this Agreement
c) Claims that Talent did not have the right to grant the licenses herein
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
11.1 Confidential Information

11.2 Publicity
