5 COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS
- Plaintiff agrees to promptly notify the Court and Defendant of any material change affecting the Claim Amount.
- Plaintiff covenants not to seek injunctive or equitable relief in this action, consistent with the jurisdictional limitations of the Small Claims Rules.
6 DEFAULT & REMEDIES
- If Defendant fails to appear or otherwise defend as required by the Small Claims Rules, Plaintiff will seek default judgment for the relief requested herein.
- Notice of default will be provided in accordance with Small Claims Rule 5.
7 RISK ALLOCATION
- No indemnification or limitation-of-liability provisions apply; the Small Claims Rules govern cost-shifting and fee awards.
- This action is limited strictly to monetary damages within the statutory cap.
8 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Governing Law: This action is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
- Forum Selection: Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in this Court.

9 GENERAL PROVISIONS
