2. Plaintiff covenants not to seek injunctive or equitable relief in this action, consistent with the jurisdictional limitations of the Small Claims Rules.

6 DEFAULT & REMEDIES

1. If Defendant fails to appear or otherwise defend as required by the Small Claims Rules, Plaintiff will seek default judgment for the relief requested herein.
2. Notice of default will be provided in accordance with Small Claims Rule 5.

7 RISK ALLOCATION

1. No indemnification or limitation-of-liability provisions apply; the Small Claims Rules govern cost-shifting and fee awards.
2. This action is limited strictly to monetary damages within the statutory cap.

8 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Governing Law: This action is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
2. Forum Selection: Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in this Court.
