II. DEFINITIONS

“Costs” means court costs, docket fees, service fees, and other costs recoverable under applicable law.
“Interest” means statutory post-judgment interest accruing under K.S.A. 16-204, if awarded.

III. OPERATIVE PROVISIONS

VIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
