2. DEFINITIONS
"Applicable Law" - Includes the Nevada Revised Statutes, Nevada Deceptive Trade Practices Act (NRS Chapter 598), Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act (NRS 603A), and the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
"Trade Secret" - As defined under the Nevada Uniform Trade Secrets Act (NRS 600A).
NEVADA-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
5.5 Late Payments. Interest at the rate agreed in writing or at prime plus 2% pursuant to NRS 99.040.
10.4 Data Security. Consistent with Nevada data security requirements (NRS 603A) and Nevada Security and Privacy of Personal Information Act.
16.1 Governing Law. Laws of the State of Nevada.
16.2 Forum Selection. State and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
16.3 Arbitration. Seat: Las Vegas, Nevada.
17.6 Electronic Signatures. Valid pursuant to the Nevada Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (NRS Chapter 719).
