NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT (KRS § 395.016)

Notice is hereby given that upon the appointment of an Administrator, Petitioner shall cause notice to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of administration, as required by KRS § 395.016, within sixty (60) days after appointment. Creditors of the Decedent shall have six (6) months from the date of appointment to present claims pursuant to KRS § 396.011.
