Fee Agreement – Contingency (Family Law - Limited)

1. Parties and Matter

• Matter: Limited-scope representation for collection or enforcement of past-due support and/or arrears (the "Matter").

2. Scope and Compliance

This contingency agreement does not apply to divorce, child custody, child support establishment, or property division unless expressly permitted by law. The Firm will only handle:
☐ Collection of past-due child support
☐ Collection of past-due spousal support
☐ Enforcement of existing judgment for arrears

3. Contingency Fee Terms

The Firm's fee is contingent upon recovery by settlement, judgment, or collection. The fee percentage is:

If there is no recovery, no attorney fee is owed. Client remains responsible for costs as described below unless prohibited by law.

7. Termination and Withdrawal

Client may terminate at any time. The Firm may withdraw as permitted by ethical rules and court orders. Upon termination, the Firm may seek reimbursement of costs advanced and any fee entitlement allowed by law.

8. Fee Dispute Resolution

Fee disputes will be submitted to any required bar fee dispute program prior to court action.

9. Governing Law and Venue
