Fee Agreement – Flat Fee (Bankruptcy)

1. Parties and Matter

2. Scope of Flat Fee Services

Excluded unless agreed in writing: adversary proceedings, contested matters, motions for relief from stay, objections to exemptions, claim objections, reaffirmation litigation, appeals, or post-discharge issues.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
