1. PARTIES AND RECITALS

2. TERM AND RENEWAL
2.1 This Agreement shall commence on [__/__/____] and continue through [__/__/____] ("Initial Term").
2.2 The Organization shall have the option to renew this Agreement for [____] additional period(s) of [____] months each, upon written notice to the Player no fewer than [____] days before the expiration of the then-current term.

3. PLAYER SERVICES AND OBLIGATIONS

5. STREAMING AND CONTENT RIGHTS

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7. SPONSORSHIP AND ENDORSEMENTS
7.1 Player shall use and display sponsor products and apparel as directed by Organization during all official events and streams.
7.2 Player shall not enter into personal endorsement deals that conflict with Organization's sponsors without prior written approval.
7.3 Revenue from Player-sourced personal endorsements shall be split: Player [____]% / Organization [____]%.
8. CONDUCT AND CODE OF ETHICS
8.1 Player shall at all times conduct themselves professionally and refrain from:

- ☐ Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior online or at events

8.2 Violation of this Section shall constitute grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid bonuses.
9. EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES

10. TERMINATION
10.1 By Organization for Cause. Organization may terminate this Agreement immediately upon Player's material breach, including violation of Section 8.

11. NON-COMPETE AND NON-SOLICITATION
