The Consumer reserves the right to assert (i) common-law claims for fraud, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and unjust enrichment; (ii) claims under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.; (iii) claims under any other applicable consumer protection statute; and (iv) the right to file a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
