15. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Louisiana-Specific Notices
Final Pay Upon Termination: Under La. R.S. 23:631, upon discharge or resignation, all earned wages (including commissions that have been earned and are an "amount then due") must be paid by the next regular payday or 15 days following separation, whichever occurs first.
Written Commission Policy Required: La. R.S. 23:631 provides that commission compensation is considered an "amount then due" only if earned and not modified under a written policy. Employers should maintain written commission policies addressing adjustments and conditions for earning commissions.
Bonus Computation Period: For bonuses tied to periodic performance metrics (annual, quarterly, etc.), the employer has up to 120 calendar days after the end of the applicable period to calculate and pay the bonus (La. R.S. 23:631).
Penalty for Non-Payment: Under La. R.S. 23:632, an employer who fails to timely pay is liable for up to 90 days' wages at the daily rate, or full wages from demand until payment, whichever is less, plus reasonable attorney fees.
Undisputed Amounts: Under La. R.S. 23:633, in case of a dispute, the employer must pay the undisputed portion of wages by the applicable deadline.
