CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

ARTICLE I — DECLARATIONS

1.1 Identification. I, [TESTATOR FULL LEGAL NAME], presently residing at [ADDRESS], being of sound mind and over the age of eighteen (18) years, hereby declare this instrument to be the [ORDINAL — e.g., "First," "Second"] Codicil (this "Codicil") to my Last Will and Testament.

1.3 Prior Codicils.

ARTICLE II — AMENDING PROVISIONS

2.1 Revocation of an Existing Provision

No bond shall be required unless mandated by the supervising court.

☐ Change Residuary Beneficiary. ARTICLE III — REPUBLICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE WILL

3.1 Will Remains in Full Force. Except as expressly amended by this Codicil, I confirm, ratify, and republish my Will dated [__/__/____], and all prior codicils not revoked herein, in every particular, and I declare that the Will, as so amended, continues to be my Last Will and Testament.

3.2 Republication. By executing this Codicil with the formalities required of a will under Wyo. Stat. § 2-6-112, I republish my Will as of the date of this Codicil, and the Will shall be read and construed as though re-executed on that date, except as modified by this Codicil.

3.4 Integration. This Codicil shall be read together with the Will as a single, integrated testamentary plan and admitted to probate together with the Will.

Attestation Clause

We, the undersigned witnesses, declare that on the date above, the Testator voluntarily signed and executed this instrument as a Codicil to his/her Last Will and Testament, that he/she signed it in our presence, and that we, in the Testator's presence and at his/her request, have signed our names as witnesses. To the best of our knowledge, the Testator is eighteen (18) years of age or older, of sound mind, and under no constraint or undue influence. We are not beneficiaries under the Will or this Codicil.
