IX. THIRD-PARTY RELIANCE PROVISIONS

4. A person making a demand for the Trust Instrument in addition to this Certification of Trust or excerpts therefrom may be liable for damages if a court determines that the person did not act in good faith in making such demand, pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. § 7790.3(h).
