ARTICLE IV - WORK AUTHORIZATION
4.1 Authorization for Work
Owner authorizes Maintenance Provider to perform:

4.2 Discrepancy Authorization
When inspections reveal discrepancies:

- Using properly trained and certified personnel

6.2 Certifications and Authorizations
Maintenance Provider represents that it holds all necessary:

6.3 Personnel Qualifications

ARTICLE VII - WARRANTY
7.1 Workmanship Warranty

ARTICLE VIII - INSURANCE
8.1 Maintenance Provider Insurance

9.2 Consequential Damages

ARTICLE X - INDEMNIFICATION
10.1 Maintenance Provider Indemnification
Maintenance Provider shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner from claims arising from:
- Maintenance Provider's negligence or willful misconduct
- Defective workmanship
- Violation of applicable regulations
- Injuries to Maintenance Provider's employees
10.2 Owner Indemnification
Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Maintenance Provider from claims arising from:
- Owner's negligence or willful misconduct
- Operation of aircraft
- Pre-existing defects not discoverable through reasonable inspection
- Owner-furnished parts
ARTICLE XI - RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION
11.1 Maintenance Records
Maintenance Provider shall:

☐ Provide Owner with copies of all work orders
☐ Complete FAA Form 337 for major repairs/alterations
