ARTICLE IV - WORK AUTHORIZATION

ARTICLE VII - WARRANTY

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

ARTICLE VIII - INSURANCE

8.1 Maintenance Provider Insurance

9.2 Consequential Damages

ARTICLE X - INDEMNIFICATION

Maintenance Provider shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner from claims arising from:

  • Maintenance Provider's negligence or willful misconduct
  • Defective workmanship
  • Violation of applicable regulations
  • Injuries to Maintenance Provider's employees

10.2 Owner Indemnification

Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Maintenance Provider from claims arising from:

  • Owner's negligence or willful misconduct
  • Operation of aircraft
  • Pre-existing defects not discoverable through reasonable inspection
  • Owner-furnished parts

ARTICLE XI - RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION

11.1 Maintenance Records

Maintenance Provider shall:

☐ Make all required logbook entries per 14 CFR 43.9 and 43.11
☐ Provide Owner with copies of all work orders
☐ Complete FAA Form 337 for major repairs/alterations
☐ Maintain AD compliance records

11.2 Record Retention
