In compassionate-release proceedings, the court permits inmate medical records to be filed under seal as sealed documents.
“The Court grants leave of Court to file the medical records of an inmate seeking compassionate release under seal.”

Sealed documents continue to be filed in CM/ECF but are not electronically viewable by parties.

Parties must serve sealed documents by an appropriate method outside CM/ECF when service is required.
