Filing
When submitting a proposed order, serve the entered order on required recipients who have not consented to electronic service and file a certificate within three days.
“Upon entry of an order submitted by a party, the submitting party shall serve a copy of the order upon all parties who are required to be served and who have not consented to receiving service electronically pursuant to Local Rule 5005-4(9)(b). The submitting party shall file a certificate of service with the court within 3 days of serving the order.”
Filing
An amended Chapter 13 plan filed within 21 days of its confirmation hearing must include a motion to continue that hearing.
“Any amended plan filed within 21 days of the date of the confirmation hearing shall be accompanied by a motion to continue the confirmation hearing.”
Sealing
Sealed documents remain filed in CM/ECF but cannot be viewed electronically.
“Sealed documents will continue to be filed in CM/ECF under Local Bankruptcy Rule 5005-4(6), but will no longer be accessible or viewable by electronic means; and”
Sealing
Serve sealed documents by a permitted means outside CM/ECF.
“Service of those documents can no longer be accomplished through CM/ECF. Parties will have to serve sealed documents by other appropriate means as provided by the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.”

Request a paper copy of a sealed document from the clerk if entitled to access it.
“A party with the right to access a sealed document in a case who requires a copy of a sealed document will have to contact the clerk’s office to request a paper copy.”

File and serve highly sensitive documents in paper or on secure electronic media under the court’s special procedure.
“HSDs will be filed and served in paper form (or, if digital media, on a secure electronic device, such as a flash drive), in accordance with this Order and the HSD Guidance,”

Seek leave of court before filing a highly sensitive document.
“Any party seeking to file an HSD must, before such filing, seek leave of court for such filing in the manner provided in paragraph 2(b).”
