About Judge Juergens
William George Juergens was a judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Appointed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Judge Juergens was commissioned to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Illinois on June 22, 1956 and reassigned to this court on March 31, 1979. Judge Juergens served until death on December 7, 1988.
