Filing
Use the court’s required local form order when one is posted for the motion, application or objection.
“Once the Court adopts and posts a Required Local Form Order for a specific motion, application, or objection, parties will be required to use that form.”

Clearly identify any needed change to a required form order in bold and underlined type.
“If a party believes a modification is necessary due to unique circumstances, the modification must be clearly identified in bold and underlined font.”

When CM/ECF is out of service, the clerk accepts filings by email or fax, or on paper by mail or courier.

Motions
Except for good cause shown, file a motion to extend or impose the automatic stay within five days after the petition.
“Except for good cause shown in the Motion, a Motion filed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3) or § 362(c)(4) shall be filed within five (5) days of the date of the filing of the petition.”
Sealing
Seek an order designating a document as highly sensitive before filing it.
“HSD first must file a motion and obtain an order authorizing the treatment of the filing as an HSD.”

Mail a copy of a proposed highly sensitive document to the Tallahassee clerk’s office; do not file it electronically.
“A copy of the proposed HSD must be mailed to the Tallahassee clerk’s office and must not be filed electronically.”
