About Judge Silberman
Laurence Hirsch Silberman was a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Appointed by President Ronald Reagan, Judge Silberman received a commission on October 28, 1985. Judge Silberman assumed senior status on November 1, 2000 and served until death on October 2, 2022.
