WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PREVENTION POLICY

1. Purpose

[COMPANY NAME] is committed to maintaining a safe workplace. Workplace violence, threats, intimidation, and harassment are prohibited.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and visitors at any Company location or during Company business.

3. Prohibited Conduct

- Threats, intimidation, or coercion
- Possession or use of weapons on Company premises, except as permitted by law and Company policy

4. Reporting
