1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Company will defend Customer against claims that the Service infringes a valid U.S. patent, copyright, or trademark, and will indemnify Customer for damages finally awarded (or settlements approved by Company), provided that Customer:

12.2 Remedies

13. TERM AND TERMINATION
