• Late payments: Interest per N.J. Stat. Ann. Section 31:1-1 (maximum 6% per annum unless contracted).
• New Jersey Data Breach Notification: N.J. Stat. Ann. Sections 56:8-161 et seq.
• New Jersey Data Privacy Act: N.J. Stat. Ann. Sections 56:8-166 et seq. (compliance required where applicable).
