• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEBRASKA LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Late payments: Interest per Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 45-104 (maximum 16% per annum unless contracted).
• Nebraska Data Breach Notification: Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 87-801 et seq.
• Nebraska Data Privacy Act: Compliance required where applicable.
• Trade Secrets: Nebraska Trade Secrets Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 87-501 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: Nebraska Consumer Protection Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 59-1601 et seq.).
