CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMPLY

  1. Legal Action: Landlord will commence eviction/unlawful detainer proceedings against you.

  2. Judgment: If Landlord obtains a judgment, you may be liable for:
    - All past due rent
    - Holdover/use and occupancy damages
    - Attorney's fees and court costs (if permitted by lease/law)
    - Late fees and other charges as permitted by law

  3. Eviction: A court order may be obtained requiring you to vacate. If you do not leave voluntarily, the sheriff/marshal may physically remove you and your belongings.

  4. Credit Reporting: The judgment may be reported to credit bureaus and affect your credit history.

  5. Collection: Unpaid amounts may be referred to collections.


RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

This notice is given without waiving any of Landlord's rights or remedies under the Lease or applicable law, including but not limited to:
