1. DOCUMENT HEADER

REMOTE WORK EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT

This Remote Work Equipment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date] (the "Effective Date") by and between:

2. DEFINITIONS

"Company Equipment" means all hardware, software, accessories, and related items provided by Employer to Employee as listed in the Equipment Inventory Schedule.

"Equipment Inventory Schedule" means Exhibit A attached hereto, listing all Company Equipment provided to Employee.

"Remote Work Location" means the location where Employee will use Company Equipment to perform work duties: [Address].

"Unauthorized Use" means any use of Company Equipment not expressly permitted by this Agreement or Company policies.


3. EQUIPMENT LOAN TERMS

3.1 Equipment Provided

Employer hereby loans to Employee the Company Equipment listed in the Equipment Inventory Schedule (Exhibit A). This is a LOAN, not a gift or sale.

3.2 Ownership

☐ All Company Equipment remains the sole property of Employer at all times

5.3 Prohibited Use

Employee shall NOT use Company Equipment for:

☐ Accessing, storing, or transmitting inappropriate content
☐ Harassment, discrimination, or hostile communications
☐ Personal business or outside employment
☐ Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted material
☐ Cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive personal activities
☐ Connecting to unsecured or public networks without VPN
☐ Allowing unauthorized individuals to use equipment
☐ Any activity that could damage equipment or compromise security

5.4 Family and Household Use

☐ Family members and others in Employee's household are NOT permitted to use Company Equipment

6. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Physical Security

Employee shall:
☐ Store equipment in a locked, secure area when not in use
☐ Never leave equipment unattended in vehicles, public spaces, or unsecured locations
☐ Use laptop locks/cables when working in shared spaces
☐ Ensure screens are not visible to unauthorized persons
☐ Lock screens when stepping away (shortcut: Win+L or Cmd+Ctrl+Q)

6.2 Access Security

Employee shall:
☐ Use only assigned login credentials
☐ Enable multi-factor authentication on all accounts
☐ Create strong, unique passwords per Company password policy
☐ Never share credentials with anyone, including family members
☐ Log out of applications when finished

Employee shall:
