ARTICLE 1: TERM
1.1 Initial Period
The initial term of this Agreement ("Initial Period") shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for:

d) Artist shall not make any recordings during the term except as authorized

11.2 Company Warranties

11.3 Indemnification

ARTICLE 12: TERMINATION
