A. The Grantor identified below wishes to establish a trust for the care of one or more companion animals during the animals' lifetimes.
B. All 50 states and the District of Columbia now recognize pet trusts, either under the Uniform Trust Code Section 408 or similar state legislation.
C. This Trust is established to ensure the proper care, maintenance, and quality of life for the Grantor's beloved pets.

Section 5.4 Trustee Compensation

Section 5.5 No Accumulation of Unused Funds

ARTICLE VI: TRUSTEE POWERS AND DUTIES

Section 8.3 Excess Funding
