9. NEW JERSEY-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

9.1 Salary History Ban (N.J.S.A. §34:6B-20)

The Company has not screened you based on your salary history or required that your salary history satisfy minimum or maximum criteria. Effective January 1, 2020, New Jersey law prohibits employers from seeking salary history from job applicants.

9.2 Pay Transparency

You are entitled to accrue earned sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per year. The Company will provide written notice of your earned sick leave rights.

9.4 Paid Family Leave Insurance (FLI) and Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI)

- Family Leave Insurance (FLI): Partial wage replacement for bonding with a new child, caring for a seriously ill family member, or qualifying military exigency
