9. NEW JERSEY-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
9.1 Salary History Ban (N.J.S.A. §34:6B-20)

9.2 Pay Transparency

You are entitled to accrue earned sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per year. The Company will provide written notice of your earned sick leave rights.
9.4 Paid Family Leave Insurance (FLI) and Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI)
