The Colorado Judicial Branch's ordinary adult filing instructions call for JDF 433, CBI and FBI checks, and the court's publication and decree forms. If the Court orders publication, § 13-15-102(1) calls for notice at least three times within 21 days after the order, followed by proof filed with the Court. Section 13-15-102 identifies exceptions, including a change to conform with gender identity; the Court also decides a supported good-cause request under § 13-15-101(1.5).
