4. STATUTORY AUTHORITY
A. Earned Furlough Privileges (N.J.A.C. 10A:20-4.35)
Inmates enrolled in the Residential Community Reintegration Program (RCRP) may earn furlough privileges:

The court may authorize outside labor or vocational training for county inmates.
