3.2 Prohibited Uses

Trust funds may NOT be used for:

(a) Living expenses of the Grantor
(b) Medical care
(c) Any purpose other than funeral and burial expenses
(d) Payment to the Grantor or the Grantor's estate (except for reimbursement of funeral expenses)


ARTICLE 4: TRUSTEE PROVISIONS

4.1 Initial Trustee
