ARTICLE 1: RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
1.1 Independent Contractor Status
The parties expressly agree that Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of Company. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship.
1.2 Indicia of Independence
