V. COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS (Prospective Guardian)

Upon appointment, the Guardian shall:

VII. RISK ALLOCATION

  2. Indemnification. Guardian shall indemnify and hold harmless the Ward for losses arising from breach of fiduciary duty, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, recoverable first against Bond.
