4. Settlement Authority
All settlement decisions are yours. The Firm will present all offers promptly and provide recommendations, but will not accept a settlement without your written approval.
5. Confidentiality and Communications

6. No Guarantee
The Firm cannot guarantee any outcome. Results depend on facts, evidence, and the court's discretion.

You may terminate this engagement at any time. The Firm may withdraw as permitted by applicable rules and court orders. Fees and costs incurred through termination remain due.
8. File Retention

9. Dispute Resolution
