GOVERNING LAW, VENUE & NOTICES

1. Governing Law. This bankruptcy proceeding is commenced under 11 U.S.C. §§ 301 & 701 et seq.; all rights and obligations are determined exclusively by federal bankruptcy law and applicable non-bankruptcy law.
2. Exclusive Forum. Any contested matter or adversary proceeding arising in or related to this Chapter 7 case shall be adjudicated by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island.
3. Automatic Stay Notice. Upon filing, the automatic stay provided by 11 U.S.C. § 362 is in effect, enjoining most collection actions.
