Dear ***:

Thank you for your recent letter regarding the sale of vitamins by
chiropractors. For sales tax purposes, chiropractors are treated like
doctors, they may prescribe vitamins tax free.

I am enclosing a current copy of our rule and sample exemption certificate
for your use.
