Removal of language from six earlier unemployment insurance letters
Summary ETA removes language about program equity and equitable access, along with references to Executive Order 13985, from the Summary or Background sections of six earlier unemployment insurance letters. The affected letters concern pandemic unemployment programs, fraud funding and overpayment waivers. ETA says this action aligns the letters with a later executive order; it does not rescind the six letters.
