Rescission of TEGL 10-23 on administrative barriers
Summary ETA rescinds TEGL 10-23, which had discussed reducing administrative barriers for customers of ETA grant programs. It asks recipients to distribute the rescission to appropriate staff and says more guidance will follow. A later Change 2 addressed work authorization verification but was itself rescinded by Change 3.
