To request limited creditor notice, file a notice establishing the limited-notice list with current names and addresses for the required recipients.
“To provide for limited notice, a party must file a notice establishing the limited notice list, upon meeting the requirements of Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002(h)(l), (2) and (3), providing current names and addresses to serve the entities listed below:”

The party filing the limited-notice list must keep that list current on the docket.
