About Judge Hardiman
Thomas Michael Hardiman was a judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Appointed by President George W. Bush, Judge Hardiman received a commission on October 27, 2003. Judge Hardiman left the court on April 5, 2007 on appointment to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
