About Judge Miller
John Lester Miller was a judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Appointed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Judge Miller received a commission on May 20, 1954. Judge Miller assumed senior status on October 1, 1971 and served until death on July 20, 1978.
