Frederick Voris Follmer was a judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Appointed by President Harry S Truman, Judge Follmer was commissioned to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on August 7, 1946 and reassigned to this court on August 7, 1946. Judge Follmer was reassigned to another court on June 1, 1955.
