Robert James Conrad, Jr. was a judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Appointed by President George W. Bush, Judge Conrad received a commission on June 2, 2005. Judge Conrad assumed senior status on May 17, 2023 and retired on February 28, 2025.

In Stratifyd v. Wang, Conrad allowed an unjust-enrichment claim to proceed because North Carolina law permits liability where a corporate insider causes the company to confer a benefit on himself.
