After one order to submit, file a proposed dispositive order within 14 days or the court may dismiss the matter or issue a show cause order.
“Effective June 5, 2017, the Court will enter only one ‘order to submit’ directing the responsible party to submit a proposed order within 14 days. If an ‘order to submit’ is entered in a case on, or before, June 5, 2017, no second ‘order to submit’ will be issued. In the event a proposed order is not timely submitted, the Court may dismiss the pending matter or enter a show cause order against the responsible party.”
