About Judge Noel
Franklin L. Noel served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Minnesota from November 1989 until his retirement in August 2018. A Georgetown University Law Center graduate, he previously practiced at Arnold & Porter and served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Minnesota.
