Eugene W. Beaulieu served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Maine from January 1992 to January 2000. Before joining the federal bench, he was a judge of the Maine District Court and a justice of the Penobscot County Superior Court. He earned his law degree from Suffolk University.
