Edith Brown Clement was a judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Appointed by President George H.W. Bush, Judge Clement received a commission on November 25, 1991. Judge Clement left the court on November 27, 2001 on appointment to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
