About Judge Otazo-Reyes
Alicia M. Otazo-Reyes served as a U.S. magistrate judge in the Miami Division of the Southern District of Florida from 2012 until her retirement in 2023. She earned a law degree from the University of Miami. Earlier, she served as chief clerk to U.S. District Judge Shelby Highsmith.
