About Judge Walrath
Mary F. Walrath served as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware from 1998 until her retirement from regular service on September 8, 2026. She returned to the court under a recall appointment effective September 9, 2026. She served as chief judge from 2003 through 2008.
