About Judge O'Malley
Kathleen McDonald O'Malley was a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Appointed by President Barack Obama, Judge O'Malley received a commission on December 27, 2010. Judge O'Malley previously served on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, commissioned there on October 12, 1994. Judge O'Malley retired on March 11, 2022.
