Lorenzo Sawyer was a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Appointed by President None (assignment), Judge Sawyer received a commission on June 16, 1891. Judge Sawyer previously served on the United States Circuit Courts for the Ninth Circuit, commissioned there on January 10, 1870. Judge Sawyer served until death on September 7, 1891.
